Charles Jans cofounded Trans Commercial Real Estate Services after 30 years of working in a variety of capacities encompassing all major areas of the commercial real estate industry including property acquisitions, divestitures, construction & development, financing, asset management, property management and leasing.
Charles has extensive experience in the field of commercial asset development and leasing having directed marketing programs comprising the build out and leasing of millions of square feet of prime office, retail and industrial space.
Charles is Managing Broker where he directs activities which include real estate advisory, asset management, leasing, portfolio analysis, property acquisition and dispositions, corporate real estate consulting, transaction management and real estate due diligence services for a variety of clients in Canada, Europe and the United States.
Prior to forming Trans Commercial, Charles was Senior Vice President at Lee and Associates, Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis and a Vice President at a leading Southwest Florida Development Company. Charles served six years in Public Service with Lee County’s Department of Community Development gaining valuable insight to the inner workings of County government and their respective development and entitlement processes while establishing important and enduring relationships. Charles was also associated with Sarasota Florida based Chapman and Associates as a registered real estate appraiser.

C. Victor Harris
Co-Founder – Managing DirectorVictor Harris is co-founder and Managing Director of Trans Commercial Real Estate Services LLC. In his career, Victor has directed activities of asset management, leasing, due diligence, portfolio analysis, development management, property acquisition and disposition, corporate real estate and tenant representation services for a variety property owners, investors and of clients in Canada, Europe and the U.S.
Victor has more than 36 years of diverse experience in all areas of commercial and corporate real estate, and has been involved in the management and leasing of millions of square feet of office, industrial and retail space across Canada and the United States on behalf of landlords and tenants. Recent accomplishments include the completion of more than 400,000 square feet of renewals, 100,000 sf of new tenancies and the creation of over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of design build submission opportunities on behalf of Condor Properties Ltd., a leading Canadian based Development Company. Victor has crafted and implemented ‘Master Marketing Plans’ for several high profile commercial properties in every aspect of commercial real estate including office projects, shopping centers and industrial distribution facilities while overseeing all lease administration functions, drafting and negotiations.
Mr. Harris held executive management and leasing roles with some of Canada’s leading commercial property developers, including Trizec Corporation, Minto Developments Inc., Condor Properties Ltd., Inducon Developments Inc., and Famous Players Developments Inc. In the USA, Victor was an executive manager with a leading Southwest Florida Development Company, and an international business advisor with Florida based CVH Real Estate Services.
